Various nutrients, including nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, as well as auxiliary elements, are included in the ingredients of BB fertilizer. The main ingredients are as follows:
- Urea: A nitrogen source with highly purified nitrogen that is easily dissolved and quickly absorbed, providing plants with essential nitrogen nutrients.

The BB fertilizer production line consists of essential equipment: bucket conveyor, dynamic dosing machine, rotary drum mixer, automatic packaging machine, belt machine and others.
- Batching: Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, inert materials and other raw materials are transported to their respective bins, weighed by an automatic weighing machine and then transferred to the pre-mixer.
- Mixing: The materials are fed into the horizontal BB fertilizer mixer (available in either an intermittent or a continuous version). The granular materials form irregular curtains as the mixer rotates. This ensures a uniform mix. The granular materials move in the direction of tilt of the mixer and gradually roll towards the outlet.
- Packaging: Afterwards the mixture will be transported to the packaging scale to be packed and stored. It is this systematic process that ensures the accurate mixing and efficient packaging of the BB fertilizer products.
