Process flow of compound fertilizer production line:
1. Raw material processing:
According to the production demand will be prepared according to a specific proportion of raw materials batching, the use of dynamic batching scale or static batching scale adjustment, will be in accordance with the proportion of the conveyor to the belt machine, the initial raw material proportioning.
2. Raw material crushing:
Proportioning completed raw materials from the belt conveyor into the inlet of the pulverizer, in the pulverizer by the high-speed rotating blades or chains continue to smash, the formation of granulation before the required fineness of the powder.
3. Mixing of raw materials:
In order to ensure the uniformity of the finished product, the raw materials need to be stirred and mixed, the crushed raw material powder is transported to the mixer by the belt conveyor, through the mixing to form a homogeneous mixture.
4. Granulation:
Compound fertilizer production line has two types of granulation, one for dry granulation, one for wet granulation.
Dry granulation:
The mixed powder is fed into the double roller granulator, through the squeezing pressure of the rollers and the rotary movement of the squeezing wheel, dense particles are formed, and the shape of the particles can be adjusted according to the change of the concavity of the roller skin.
Wet granulation:
Feed the mixed raw materials into the rotary drum granulator, through the wet granulation method, the water pipe for spraying water mist is installed above the internal space of the rotary drum granulator, and the appropriate amount of water is added in the process of rotating the granulator, which plays the role of bonding and forms the granules.
5. Drying and cooling (optional)
The granules formed using wet granulation need to be dried in order to ensure that the granules will not be agglomerated during transportation and storage. Preliminary granules are transported from the granulator to the dryer, where the water in the granules is evaporated under the action of the hot air inside, and then sent to the cooler, where the cooling can bring the granules to room temperature quickly, which helps to ensure the stability of the internal structure of the granules, and to prevent the occurrence of deformation or cracks.
6. Packaging:
Pack the finished granules, you can choose bulk or bag, easy to transport and use.
7. Control system:
The whole compound fertilizer production line is usually equipped with PLC automatic control system, which can monitor and adjust the operation of each stage through the electric control cabinet to ensure the stability of the production process and product quality.
