Working principle of double roller granulator:
- 1.The electric motor drives the belt and disc, transmitting power to the active shaft via the reduction gear.
- 2.Synchronised with the passive shaft by a set of open gears, the two roller skins work in opposite directions.
- 3.The material enters through the hopper where it gets extruded and shaped by the rollers, resulting in granulation.
- 4.The material then passes through a pair of chains to the crushing and screening area, where it is screened and separated to produce finished pellets.
- 5.The recycled material is then mixed with the new material for a further round of granulation.
