Feed production line: corn, soybean meal, fish meal, bone meal, protein powder, bran, starch, bagasse, wood chips, rice husk, wheat bran and so on.

Flat die granulator composition structure:
The flat die granulator is mainly composed of the feeding system, the pressing system, the regulating system, the transmission system and the discharge system.
Among them, the feeding system includes the feeding device and the feeding opening;
The pressing system includes forming rolls and pressing chamber;
Regulating system includes regulating device and control panel; Gearing system includes motor, reducer and gear;
Discharge system includes particle outlet and discharge apparatus.
The working principle of flat die granulator is to press the material into granules by mechanical pressure.
Flat die granulator composition process:
The material is first fed into the compaction chamber by the infeed conveyor and then compacted by two parallel die rolls.
During the compaction operation, the die rolls turn and the material is compressed between the two rolls, after a certain amount of pressure and shear, the material gradually forms pellets.
At the end, the finished pellets are discharged through the outlet.
