Horizontal semi-wet material crusher is a kind of machinery and equipment for crushing biomass, organic fertilizer raw materials and other semi-wet materials, often used in organic fertilizer production line raw material processing stage.

Horizontal semi wet material crusher working principle:

Horizontal semi-wet material crusher is mainly composed of feeding port, discharging port, rotating crushing knife, screen and so on. The material enters into the machine from the feeding port, and is crushed by the rotating crushing knife, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharging port through the screening effect of the sieve net to reach the required particle size. This equipment is suitable for materials with high humidity.

1, drive system: driven by the main motor pulley, through the belt transmission to the main shaft, the main shaft is equipped with blades to achieve high-speed rotation.

2, the material to join: the material from the feed port to join the machine.

3, blade crushing: material in the machine through the rotating blade crushing and cutting.

4, discharge: the crushed material from the discharge port discharge.
