Production process:

Equipment Characteristics:
1)Forklift Feeding Hopper:It is a kind of carrying and conveying equipment for bulk materials. It is commonly used to transport bulk materials. It can transport both fine materials with particle size below 5mm and large materials.
2)New type organic fertilizer Granulator:It is used for granulation of organic fertilizer(livestock manure). The stirring gear granulator uses the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously realize the mixing, granulation, spheroidization and densification of fine powder in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical.
3)Polishing Machine:It is often used with a granulator to further shape the material. Brightener and carbon powder can be added during the granulation process to make the granules more round and smooth. It can also be matched with a flat die granulator to roll cylindrical particles to a ball at a time.
4)Rotary Drum Drying Machine:It is suitable for drying organic fertilizer, slag, clay, limestone, phosphogypsum, power plant slime, leaves, fish meal, drug residue, bagasse, turf, sludge and other
5)Vibrating Screen Machine:Vibrating screen is mostly used for classification and screening of solid materials, and is widely used in mining, coal preparation, chemical industry and other industries. The vibrating screen classifier uses the exciting force generated by the exciter to make the screen body vibrate and the materials jump on the screen surface. The materials of different specifications are graded and arranged to the required screen surface through different screen holes, and then collected and transported to the designated area, so as to achieve the purpose of classification.
6)Belt Conveyor:It is mainly used to transport crushed materials. According to the requirements of conveying process, a horizontal or inclined conveying system can be composed of single or multiple conveying equipment and other conveying equipment. The belt conveyor can continuously or intermittently transport articles below 100kg or powdery and granular articles, with high speed, stability, low noise, and can be transported up and down the slope.
Production characteristics:
- The use of churning teeth granulation, polishing and shaping of the new process can produce “round ball” pure organic fertilizers, organic and inorganic fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizers. Short process flow, low operating costs, the production of organic fertilizer particles uniformly rounded, smooth surface, high compressive strength, good fluidity, microbial bacteria viability> 90%, granulation rate of 85-95%, particle diameter of 3.5-4 mm.
- Extrusion granulation, polishing and shaping of the new process has a strong adaptability of raw materials, can completely solve the disc or drum and other traditional pelletizing process is difficult to solve the key technical challenges.
- The fermented organic material does not need to be pre-drying, crushing treatment can be directly used for pelletizing. Disc or drum and other traditional granulation process on the raw material fineness requirements, that is, more than 80% of the material fineness should be more than 80 mesh, so it needs to be crushed, due to the high moisture content of the fermented organic materials, crushing before the need for moisture drying to 13% below in order to meet the conditions of crushing, large investment in equipment, high operating costs.
- Can make the organic material to add more than 95%. Disc or drum and other traditional granulation process in the use of more than 80 mesh of organic materials and add binder, the maximum amount of organic raw materials added between 30-40%, therefore, to produce high content or pure organic matter orb type organic fertilizers, to take the traditional granulation process can not be achieved!
