Organic fertilizer production line process:

1. Preliminary treatment:

Equipment: Forklift feeder, dynamic batching machine, horizontal semi-wet material crusher.

Role: The raw materials need to go through preliminary treatment first, such as solid-liquid separation of livestock and poultry manure, and classification of municipal garbage, in order to remove impurities and improve the treatment effect.

2. Fermentation stage:

Equipment: Horizontal fermentation tank, vertical fermentation tank.

Role: After mixing the raw materials, it enters the fermentation stage. In this process, using the role of microorganisms, organic materials gradually decompose and produce organic acids, increasing the nutrient content of organic fertilizer.

3. Turning and aeration:

Equipment:  Crawler type compost turner, wheeled compost turner.

Role: In order to promote the fermentation process, organic fertilizers need to be turned and aired during the fermentation stage to ensure that the fermentation proceeds evenly.

4. Granulating stage:

Equipment: New organic fertilizer granulator, rotary drum churning teeth two-in-one granulator and so on.

Role: Used to granulate the fermented organic material, the granulation process makes the organic fertilizer easier to store, transport and apply, but also helps to improve the uniformity of the product. 5. Drying and cooling (optional):

Equipment: Rotary drum dyer, rotary drum cooler, oil burner, etc.

Role: Fertilizer particles are dried to reduce humidity, and then cooled to reduce the temperature to prevent too high a temperature on the quality of fertilizer, in order to facilitate packaging and storage.

6. Grading and screeing (optional):

Equipment: Vibrating screener, rotary screener, crusher, etc.

Role: Screening and grading of organic fertilizers to get different particle size products, unqualified products to be crushed back to granulation, improve the utilization of raw materials.

7. Packaging and storage:

Equipment: Automatic packaging machine, single bin packaging machine, double bin packaging machine and so on.

Role: bagging or bulk packaging of processed organic fertilizer, convenient for transportation and storage.
