Disc granulator working principle:

The working principle of disc granulator mainly includes feeding raw materials into the rotating disc, through the rotating movement and wet granulation, the raw materials are gradually gathered and bonded on the surface of the disc, and finally form spherical particles.

The main components of the disc granulator:

Disc granulator working process:

Raw material powder falls into the granulating disc, and after wet treatment or adding binder, the sprayer sprays the appropriate amount of liquid onto the raw material to make it become wet. Then, under the bonding effect of the liquid, the raw material rolls over and over on the rotating  granulating disc, gradually forming granules, which are finally thrown out through the inclined inclined plate.
