Structure and Working Principle

This machine adopts the widely recognized horizontal double-rotor layout. Two independent motors drive a pair of rotors, enabling the linear speed of the ring chain to reach 28–78 meters per second. Each chain seat is equipped with a wear-resistant forged steel chain head to enhance the impact crushing performance. Anti-corrosion rubber or polypropylene lining is installed inside the machine shell to prevent the material from adhering to the inner wall. Quick-opening inspection doors are provided on both sides for easy daily cleaning. The base is equipped with shock absorbers, which can effectively reduce operating vibration and operational noise.

Work process: Raw materials flow into the crushing chamber through the feed port and fall into the working area of the double rotor. The high-speed rotating chains perform two rounds of impact crushing. Structure and Working Principle

The fertilizer crushing equipment is composed of a base frame, a casing, upper and lower bearing seats, a main shaft, a hammer head, a pulley, and a motor support. The top of the casing is equipped with a feeding hopper and a cover for maintenance, which facilitates quick disassembly and replacement of the hammer head. The motor drives the main shaft and the hammer head to rotate at high speed through the pulley.

Materials fall into the crushing cavity from the top inlet, collide with fast-spinning hammer blades, bounce back to the inner casing wall for a secondary impact, and after repeated hitting, turn into particles smaller than 3 millimeters before discharging from the bottom outlet.

Working Principle

The motor drives the pulley to rotate the main shaft at high speed. The wet raw materials enter the crushing chamber from the front feed port. They are first cut into pieces by the cutting disc of the front rotor, and then sent to the rear hammer plate crushing zone for secondary fine grinding. The qualified materials are directly discharged from the rear discharge port, without any screen obstruction.

The fertilizer crusher is composed of a split-type casing, two rotors, a main shaft, an impact plate, and alloy hammers.
