Cat litter production line production process:

1. Raw materials are accurately proportioned according to predetermined ratio through dynamic batching machine and fall on the belt machine.

2. The fixed proportion of raw materials passes through the conveyor into the mixer and is fully mixed under the rotation of the mixing shaft. Ensure that all kinds of raw materials are evenly distributed.

3. Mixed raw materials through the conveyor into the disc granulator. In the disc pelletiser, the raw material passes through a high-speed rotating disc and is subjected to centrifugal force to form granules. These granules may be solid or porous, depending on the raw material used and the setting of the granulator.

4. After the disc granulator caused by the granular material is not necessarily the desired size or shape of the particles, in order to get more regular particles, usually through the polishing machine for processing. After the high-speed rotation of the polishing machine, so that the surface is smoother, more rounded shape.

5. The treated granular cat litter is sent to the drying and cooling machine, where the water in the granules is evaporated by hot air or other means, and the cat litter is cooled at the same time. This step helps to improve the stability of the cat litter and prolong the preservation period.

6. After drying, the cat litter may produce some irregular particles or sticking between particles. The sifter will sift the cat litter to remove impurities and adjust the size of the particles, and the particles that do not meet the requirements will be crushed and returned to re-granulation.

7. After being sifted, the cat litter is sent to the packing machine for packaging. The packing machine can carry out automatic or semi-automatic packing according to the product specifications and requirements, putting the cat litter into bags or other packing containers and sealing them to complete the final packing.
