5 Standard Working Stages of Lane 1-10T/H Biomass Pellet Production Line

Stage 1 Raw Material Crushing & Screening

  •    Large pieces of wood and straw are fed into the hammer mill for secondary crushing.
  •    Unify the particle size of materials to meet the standard for subsequent drying and granulation.
  •    The capacity of the crushing equipment is synchronized with the drying machine at the back end, and there will be no problem of material accumulation and blockage.

Stage 2 Rotary Drying & Moisture Stabilization

The drying stage accounts for 30% to 50% of the total operating cost of the particle plant, and matching the specifications of the dryer is very important.

The Lane drum dryer can freely adjust the drying air volume and temperature according to the initial moisture of the raw material.

The stable control of the moisture content of the output is 10%-15%, which ensures the uninterrupted and smooth output of the ring die pelletizer.

Stage 3 Ring Die Biomass Pellet Mill (Core Host)

The working principle is to use the relative extrusion molding of the ring mold and the pressing roller.

The dried fine material passes through the mold hole under the action of high pressure and friction, forming a solid cylindrical biomass pellet.

The production capacity of a single ring die machine is 1-3 tons per hour, the ring diameter is 450-750mm, and the die hole is 6-10mm. Customization is available.

The host power is 90-130kw, and the ring mold is made of wear-resistant alloy steel, with stable performance and longer service life.

Stage 4 Counterflow Pellet Cooling

High-temperature fresh pellets flow into cooler from the top, cold air enters from bottom for opposite-flow layered cooling.

Cooled pellet temperature approaches room temperature, improving hardness and anti-breaking performance.

Cooling processing capacity 1-5T/H, cooling air volume 3000-15000m³/h, supporting matched 1-10T/H full line.

Stage 5 Automatic Weighing & Packaging

The cooled finished particles are sent to the integrated automatic packaging equipment.

The whole process of measurement, bagging, and sealing is completed automatically.

The biomass pellet production line is equipped with a weighing assembly, and the standard weight of each bag is unified.

The packaging speed is 5-10 bags per minute, each bag can be filled with 15-50 kg, and the whole machine power is 3-5kw.
